[ Anchoring Plate ]       

．Fixed on the wall to hook end posts.
 
[ Side Post ]                               

． It can be applied to all kinds of sites by different installation

　 methods:
     Between-wall / Face-wall / Between-Face wall /
     Hidden (If the wall is thick enough) 
． With stainless steel tightening equipment to force panels

     downward.
． EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Rubber:  
 　1. Widely used in the car doors.
 　2. Bear high temperature up to 160℃ and resist acid or alkali.
 　3. Weather resistant and can be used for more than 10 years.

 

 

 [ Middle Post ]                                

．The same function as Side Post, only with tightening devices on both sides.

．Required when the cover range needs to be widely extended.

．With bases and brace:
    1. Buried into the ground about 5 cm to resist current       

        pressure.
    2. Level with the ground after the installation. 

 

 


[ Back Support ]
．Required when exceeding a certain amount of current pressure:
    The calculation of current pressure is based on the width and height of the flood panel. 
．Adjust and fix to tighten the panels and help support the whole set of flood panels to resist current pressure. 
．Passed loading test conducted by MIRDC, Taiwan:
    A Span of 1 meter can bear more than 3700Kgf current pressure.
．With bases and brace:
    1. Buried into the ground about 5 cm to resist current pressure.
    2. Level with the ground after the installation.

 

 

[ Watertight Panel ]
．The surface of each panel is anodized.
．Each panel is 16 cm high and 3.5 cm thick. 
．Weight 2.785 per meter. 
．With 4 lateral layers to help resist current pressure.
．With EPDM rubber inserted into the panel to ensure

    that it won’t drop off in the future.
．With plastic covers on both sides of the panel to avoid bugs and cutting.  
．Tested by MIRDC: Every 1600cm2 can bear current pressure up to 1300kg. 

 


[ Tightening Lock ]

．Put on the side post or middle post to tighten the panels downward. 
．Can be locked at the end of the assembly process to prevent the theft of the flood panel or the accessories.


[ Storage Rack ]
